SYNOPSIS
This project involved  the addition of ethanol blending to existing bottom loading racks at three (3) BP terminals in the Atlanta area.  Included were rail car off-loading; a pipeline between (2) of the terminals; new off-load pumps; new and modified piping; blending valves and meters at the loading rack; new or re-used pumps; electrical power and control for new pumps; and tie-in of the blending control circuits to the existing Terminal Automation Systems.
