SYNOPSIS
This project involved the design of a new 6-lane bottom loading rack that included ethanol blending at several of the islands.  Included in the bottom loading design were an ethanol truck off-load facility; an ethanol storage tank; blending skids; related piping and necessary electrical controls to integrate the ethanol blending into the Terminal Automation System for the new loading rack.
