SYNOPSIS
This project involved the design of two (2) bottom loading racks that included ethanol blending at each of the islands.   Included in the bottom loading design were the incorporation of existing ethanol storage tanks and pumps; blending skids; related piping; and necessary electrical controls to integrate the ethanol blending into the Terminal Automation System for the new loading racks.
